On 12th–15th of March, representatives of Gremi International attended key event in the real estate sector – annual MIPIM conference. MIPIM gives projects – such as the Eco Estrela – an opportunity to meet investors, collaborators and business partners.
On April 11th Dominika Koczot, Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy at Gremi International attended the Luxury Travel Conference at the Brazilian Embassy, London. Event was organised in order to bring together key luxury sector players in the UK and Brazil. Eco Estrela project was featured alongside Rosewood, Antara and Fairmont as one of the investments that will change the luxury tourism scene in Brazil.
On March 5, Eco Estrela was presented at the meetings organized by the Brazilian American Chamber of Commerce. During the meeting it was demonstrated how the project will affect the development of Brazil, especially the Northeast region. The project will be a catalyst for future large investments in the tourism sector in the country.
On March 2nd-4th, Mr Greg Hajdarowicz, Founder of Gremi International attended the 8th Global Family Office Investment Summit in Dubai - the world’s largest and most exclusive of family wealth conferences. The event was attended by over 400 Elite Family Offices, Business Owners, Royal Families, Private Investment Companies and Industry Professionals.
On the 13th of February, 2019 IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) announced the acquisition of Six Senses Hotels Resorts and Spas.

In 2019, Gremi International initiated the establishment of RAIF (Reserved Alternative Investment Fund) in Luxembourg. This structure is the optimum investment vehicle for a part of our projects as it will simplify and accelerate their development.
Project rises investors interest
At the Road Show in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Singapore the Eco Estrela project was presented to the senior managers of leading financial institutions, private investors and officials.

Following the Monte Carlo Polo Cup, Trophee Eco Estrela in 2017 and Eco Estrela Monte Carlo Polo Cup in April 2018 at Helvetia Polo Club in Brazil, Gremi International SARL founded an International Tournament Monte Carlo Polo Cup in Warsaw, in September.
The event hosted a Polo Team from Brazil, the Ambassadors of Luxembourg and Brazil, and over 150 special guests. The players included one of Brazil’s best, Aluísio Villela Rosa from Sociedade Hípica de Orlândia (Handicap 7).
