Analyzing the global market changes, we have remodeled the Six Senses Formosa Bay project. To reduce the project's construction risk and create new opportunities, we increased the number of branded residences from 58 to 119. We also decreased the number of guest villas from 127 to 66.
The project will be financed with a bank loan granted by the Brazilian development bank and, in addition, by the issuance in Luxembourg of 3-year USD denominated senior secured corporate bonds, offering an attractive return for the investors.
