Most valuable real estate assets of Gremi Group is the “Alvernia Planet” project. The main part of the complex consists of buildings with a total area of 17,425 m2 including 13 domes connected by glazed passages and a second complex of buildings. The total area of the property owned by Gremi Park is nearly 13 hectares. There is a parking lot with 180 spaces near the buildings, with a possibility of extension to 1000 spaces.

The complex is located between Krakow and Katowice, within a 100 km distance from 8 million people being citizens of two Polish regions: Małopolska and Śląsk. The site is located right by the A4 highway exit, close to Krakow - a city visited by 12 million tourists a year and close to two big international airports. Except for the advantages related to communication, the surroundings are also exceptional: the closest neighborhood includes green areas of Tenczynski Park Krajobrazowy (Tenczynek Landscape Park) and ruins of the castle in Tenczyn. The complex was originally created by its founder as a film and sound recording studio.

Gremi Group acquired this real estate complex in August 2017. The new concept for this project is to turn the whole site into a modern park of virtual reality entertainment (based on VR and AR technologies), education and new technologies center.

Idea and target

Amusement and theme parks are one of the most visited tourist attractions in the world. The largest in Europe – Paris Disneyland was visited by 8.4 million people in 2016, and the largest parks in the world attract several million visitors annually. Demand for this type of entertainment is very high, and people as social beings prefer to spend time together.

The Alvernia Planet is a project that meets these needs by offering the opportunity to spend time together with friends and family. This is a new generation park in which, using the possibilities offered by modern technologies, including virtual and augmented realities, it will be possible to enjoy, to learn and to celebrate together. This is a place that will offer interactive, immersive and unique experiences impossible to experience elsewhere.
